Glenn is the founder and President of Reflection Point
Inc. and Principal of Reflection Point Research LLC. As a visionary and entrepreneurial
leader with 17 years of executive level experience in the financial services and
technology industry, Glenn Christensen has worked extensively with credit union boards and
executive management teams in strategic planning, branch and alternative delivery systems
planning, asset liability management, and technology plan development. He is nationally
recognized for his marketing acumen as recipient of the Phil Davies Memorial Award for
"Best of Show" from the Credit Union Executives Societys Golden Mirror
Award competition.

consultant, speaker and author regarding all aspects of
Customer Experience Management and it’s affect on the
business enterprise. Mr. Burshek was recently recognized
for his accomplishments in this field of expertise through
election to the Who’s Who in Executives and
Professionals.

Mr. Burshek is invited to speak include: National Conference
of the American Marketing Association, Computer-Human
Interaction (CHI), International Quality and Productivity

Mr. Burshek’s

professional services and retail marketing. He has
pioneered new intellectual advances in measuring price
elasticity, e-commerce and website success factors, and
product or concept feasibility.
His current focus
is developing proprietary market research information
systems for financial institutions and
Fortune 500 clients. His past technology focus
garnered clients such as: Amazon.com, EarthLink,
RealNetworks, AT&T, Motorola, IBM, Intel, Microsoft and
Symantec as well as companies such as PointCast and other
technology and internet startup companies.
The impact of
this work has been deeply felt among clients. The actions
taken as a result of one project alone resulted in the
market movement of $50 million in revenue from a competitive
firm to the client.
