Point announces the re-launch of the
Washington State Employees’ Credit Union Web Site.
Washington State was seeking a user-friendly content
management system to manage multiple web properties.
Reflection Point ported Washington State’s newly branded
web site and mortgage subsidiary’s site to onto a content
management system powered by Ingeniux CMS.

Point facilitates merger between Apple Valley CU and Gesa
CU

Reflection Point was selected by Apple
Valley Credit Union, located in Central Washington, to
provide merger advisory services. Following a thorough
RFP process led by Reflection Point, Apple Valley Credit
Union selected Gesa CU ($560 million in assets) as its
merger partner. The merger was successfully completed
June 30th, 2004.

to co-author article for Credit Union Management Magazine
July 2004 issue. Mr. Christensen, a leading authority on
credit union mergers and strategy, co-authored the article
“Urge to Merge -- As the field of credit unions
considering mergers expands, finding the perfect fit is

the newly released book Credit Union Facility Strategies,
Planning and Management by Paul Seibert and published by
CUES. Mr. Christensen authored two chapters:
"Evaluating the Financial Side of a Facility Investment"
and "Market Expansion through Mergers". Reflection
Point provides branch financial analysis and merger
assistance to credit unions.
