Tacoma Washington, to provide strategic planning
services. BN West credit union sought Reflection Point’s
broad expertise with credit unions to develop a corporate
strategy which would drive its new retail branching
strategy. Reflection Point incorporated MCIF and market
research analysis in developing target markets and market
positioning as the foundation for the credit union’s
corporate strategy.
